- As the capstone to a multi-year training program that involved every employee in The Twelve Core Action Values, West Central Coop – one of America’s most progressive agricultural cooperatives and the nation’s top producer of bio-diesel fuel – commissioned Joe to write a book entitled The Farmer to solidify their commitment to The Twelve Core Action Values.
- As a follow-up to a leadership retreat, Auto-Owners Insurance Company – a Fortune 500 company consistently ranked as one of America’s best by Consumer Reports and other publications – commissioned Joe to present his Spark Your Success program to its independent agents across the country, and to develop a custom training course on its core values.
- Central Peninsula General Hospital and South Peninisula Hospital in Alaska have joined together for a cooperative training program on The Twelve Core Action Values. As part of this, they have also sponsored open community programs in cooperation with their respective Chambers of Commerce.
- At a leadership retreat for the management team of Sentara Virginia Beach Hospital, we created special t-shirts with Joe’s trademark saying “Dream a Big Dream, Make It a Memory of the Future, and Expect a Miracle!” on the back. Then each manager used color markers to create a picture on the front that captured their dream for the future of their organization.
